More Christmas

These photos are from Christmas Eve. We got dressed up a little for church and dinner. The boys having some snuggle time.

I found a few more photos worth posting. I think Sheldon wanted to see if Marc would share his Pez.

Sheldon wasn't sure about the snow at first but he quickly decided it was a lot of fun.
Jud loves his new gun. Pretty sure the boys will be headed to a gun range soon.

Christmas dinner was so good, I can hardly wait until tomorrow to eat left overs.

Christmas 2012

Dec. 23rd

Jud and Kayla got Christmas started off right. Our families enjoyed a nice meal together and then the kiddos exchanged gifts. Legos and gift cards for everyone!

        Dec. 24th

Christmas Eve was a nice quiet day. We went to church then our traditional Olive Garden dinner. We made reindeer food and Jud got to open one present. He chose to open te gift from Unka, Aunt Carie, and Cousin Lindsey. He loves the Assassin's Creed  game!

Colt and Sheldon had a nice day, too. They had some play time. Colt is going to miss the tree when we take it down. He climbed over all the gifts. Sheldon is just too cute and likes to have his picture taken.

Almost Bedtime!!!
Jud put the reindeer food out and fixed milk and cookies for Santa. We read a couple of our favorite Christmas stories  and went to bed so Santa could come.

Christmas Day!!!!!!

Santa must have emptied his sleigh in our family room. Jud got everything he asked for and then some.
One of his favorite gifts was the one from Nona and Papaw, it is an Assassin's Creed game with a statue, belt buckle, flag and Ben Franklin diary.

Sheldon got a monogrammed blanket to lay on the couch, it is so soft and cozy.
Mama got the cutest embroidered vest. The Gingerbread Man is my favorite story, and fits the running theme in my life.
Jud and Dad always get a Dad/Son ornament. We may almost have enough for their own tree, lol.

Jud's surprise gift this year was a .22 handgun. He was so excited!

Mama got lots of gift cards, jewelry cleaner, flask, movies, and some Big Bang Theory glasses from Jud and Dad.

Jud helping Colton with his stocking. Colt got lots of yummy treats.

Sheldon says Merry Christmas Everyone!!

Wolf Howl Award

Jud received an award at the Wolf Howl. He didn't know andwas so excited and surprised. It was Polar Express Day, so the kids were all in their pjs and Mr. Whitt was dressed as Mr. Conductor.

A Boy and His Dog

These really don't need any caption. These boys sure do love each other.

It's that Time of Year

We are almost ready for Christmas! Our tradition is for Jud and Marc to put the angel on the tree together, Jud was a little nervous on the ladder though, lol.
The finishing touch is the train! Jud can hardly wait to start it up for the first time each year. This is our train that proceeds go to Ronald McDonald House of Dallas. At Thanksgiving they put up the Trains at North Park Mall, and we get to go see our train car there. This year Jud has a very special car. I will post that later.

Well who can resist a puppy in a tie and Santa hat? My boys are so cute.

Colton is having his first Christmas with us, too. He was very interested in the tree and trains.
But then he found Sheldon taking a rest and decided to join him.
Sheldon thinks "weird kitty" is okay.
A sight you don't see very often, the Criss Family all dressed up. It was a fun time to get ready for a fun evening together.

Happy 1st Birthday Sheldon

November 28th we celebrated Sheldon's first birthday. We had party hats ( Sheldon did not enjoy those) and presents, special dinner and cake.  Sheldon was a little overwhelmed I think but he enjoyed getting new treats and a fun squeaky toy to destroy.
He wore the hat for a very short time but really just wanted to chew it up.

He took the squeaky to his favorite corner to unwrap.

Sheldon and Colton: Face to Face

So Sheldon finally got to meet Colt up close this month. The first time was during Thanksgiving week. They just sniffed at each other and Sheldon followed Colt around some. Sheldon did try to "pat" Colts head and I told him to be easy and he didn't do it anymore.

Playing with the bunny is exhausting. Colt likes to lay under the table so we all crowded around there and Sheldon came over and laid his head on Jud's behind.

Fall Fun

We had some yard work that needed done and with this wonderful weather who wants to be inside?! Jud helped with trimming the trees and picking up sticks and raking the leaves...

over and over again. It was more fun jumping in them than raking them though.
