Mavs Game

My friend Yvette invited us to join them for the Mavs game Saturday night in the suite. It was awsome. Catered food and drinks, and the best dessert tray ever. Jud is always happy if he is with his "wife" Kayla. They had a great time.

Mavs Man messing with Jud. That DS goes everywhere.

Yvette and I, what a great hostess.

It was after midnight when we got to the car, but Jud was going to go home and play. Well you can see he didn't quite make it. He fell asleep after about 5 minutes. This was probably one of our most exciting and exhausting days in a long time. It was so much fun though.

Dallas Stars Shoot Out

What an exciting Saturday we had! Jud was invited to participate in a shoot out during the break at the Stars game. Most everyone knows that Jud is a great skater but his attention at hockey is not always what it should be. We were pretty nervous about the fact they only got 5 minutes for all 6 kids to shoot. It can take Jud that long to get to center ice, since he insists on not just skating but doing skills on his way. We all had the most fabulous time though and we were so proud of Jud. He did exactly what he was supposed to.

Getting our game face on!

Taking it to the goal!

He shoots!

He scores?
Hockey boy looks a little nervous here.

Jud's Mini Mite buddies and two of the Ice Girls.

Looking very pleased here.

What a great experience! It was so thrilling to hear our baby's name being called out at the AAC. We are really grateful that Jud was asked to participate. He loves skating and hockey. Coach John does a great job with the boys, and is always very patient with Jud's antics. We have to thank Mr. Jay too, for helping prep Jud for his big moment. Hoping soon to be vetting endorsement deals! HaHa

Mini Mite Festival

Jud participated in the Mini Mite Festival this year at the Farmers Branch rink. He had a great time. He did really well and actually played some hockey. I think he was trying to impress Nona and Papaw.

After Christmas Fun

Friday after Christmas we went down to North Park Mall(yes it was a crazy idea) to see Jud's train car. This is our second year doing this, last year he got an engine. We searched the whole place over and finally found it at the end.

Christmas

We had a great Christmas this year. Filled with family fun. Jud's Nona and Papaw were here and played all day every day. Jud loves to have them visit.

Jud's first sight of all the gifts under the tree.

The giant Millenium Falcon. Someone forgot to tell Santa we only have the one room for toys.

This was the one thing Jud told Santa he wanted. He was so excited. Thank goodness we live in Texas and the weather was nice Christmas day.

Both my babies under the tree, Jud and Chloe'.
